Cryptocurrency exchange operators Huobi Group have acquired 66.26% of Pantronics Holdings, a company that is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The deal was done through two Huobi Universal and Huobi Capital, two subsidiaries of Huobi Group. In total, about $70 million worth of shares changed hands.
