Bitcoin had an interesting weekend in which it managed to break the previous ATH price and set a new one above $60,000. However, with regulation moving to ban cryptocurrency in India, there has been a sharp drop-off in the price - causing it to dip beneath $60,00 again.
Bitcoin is down by a precipitous 8% over the past 24 hours as it falls into the $55,500 level. The cryptocurrency saw a strong performance over the weekend in which it managed to create a fresh ATH price at $61,788. It ran into resistance at $61,192 and ended up closing the daily candle there.
The price of Bitcoin saw a strong 13% price hike over the last week of trading as it rebounded from the support at $48,500 and managed to break the short-term symmetrical triangle pattern that it was trading within.
