Cryptopia is a cryptocurrency exchange based in New Zealand that is best known for listing hundreds of different cryptocurrencies, including “micro cap” coins. In January of 2019, Cryptopia suffered a security breach that led to a significant amount of cryptocurrency funds being stolen from the exchange.
