Key highlights:
- Tokenized stocks have reached $3.19 billion as Ondo's ecosystem continues to expand
- The ONDO price faces resistance at $0.3891, with $0.4743 as the next major level
- Falling on-chain activity and token unlocks remain key risks for the ONDO price
ONDO is getting a fresh reason to stay on investors' radar as the tokenized stock market passes a major milestone. This week, tokenized stocks crossed $3 billion in market value, reaching roughly $3.19 billion after almost doubling in size over the past 90 days.
For a sector that barely existed a year ago, that's a big jump. Ondo Finance pointed to several developments helping drive that growth. Broadridge launched its new DLX platform for tokenized markets, India's regulators kicked off a corporate bond tokenization pilot worth ₹1,025 crore, and the U.S. Bank completed a live stablecoin payment using blockchain infrastructure.
These are the kinds of developments that show tokenization is moving beyond crypto-native users and into traditional finance. For the ONDO price, the bigger question is whether this growing adoption can eventually translate into stronger demand for the token itself.
The world is waking up to tokenization.
This week, tokenized stocks crossed $3B as institutions advanced onchain settlement, payments, and investment access.

Ondo tokenized stocks are growing faster than expected
The numbers behind the tokenization sector have become difficult to ignore. Data from Token Terminal shows the tokenized stock market grew from almost nothing in September 2025 to about $3.19 billion by September 2026. Growth accelerated throughout the year.
The market climbed from roughly $500 million in January to $2 billion by May before moving from $2.5 billion to $3.19 billion between July and September. That growth isn't happening in isolation.

Whale Factor reported that holders of Ondo's tokenized stock ETFs and Treasury products increased by 93% over the last 30 days, bringing the total close to 450,000 holders. The broader message is simple: more investors are using tokenized financial products.
This matters for the ONDO price because Ondo has positioned itself as one of the leading projects connecting traditional financial assets to blockchain networks. As more institutions explore tokenized stocks, bonds, and treasury products, Ondo stands to benefit from the expansion of the sector.
The ONDO price is testing an important area
We pulled up the ONDO chart. It's trading around $0.3579 after a 4.47% gain on the day. The daily chart shows it sitting just above the 100-day simple moving average at $0.3534, that level has become an important support area for buyers.
Daily ONDO chart analysis
Momentum is balanced right now. Daily RSI is at 49.92, so neither side has full control. The first resistance to watch is near $0.3891. If buyers push through, the next targets are $0.4126, $0.4361, and then the bigger resistance zone near $0.4743.
4-hour ONDO chart analysis
Support is between $0.3534 and $0.3358. Lose that range, and ONDO could slide toward $0.3131, then the broader support around $0.2888. The shorter-term chart looks about the same. The 4-hour RSI is at 54.93, giving the market a slight bullish tilt, but not enough to confirm a breakout yet. So it's still a wait-and-see situation.
ONDO on-chain activity still needs to improve
Even with all the tokenization hype, some on-chain metrics are still weak. Active addresses dropped from about 1,775 to around 1,180. Transfers fell from roughly 5,000 to about 2,680. Meanwhile, ONDO's price slid from near $0.39 to around $0.345.
So the network activity isn't keeping up with the excitement around tokenized stocks. Before anyone calls this a real turnaround, investors will probably want to see active addresses climb back above 1,500 and transaction counts start recovering.
Fee-sharing vote and token unlocks remain key factors for ONDO
One event that many investors are watching is Ondo's proposed fee-sharing mechanism. At the moment, ONDO mainly serves as a governance token. That could change if the Ondo DAO approves a fee switch expected to be discussed later in 2026.
The proposal would allow a portion of protocol revenue to flow back to ONDO holders through mechanisms such as buybacks, distributions, or staking rewards. For the ONDO price, that would be a major development because it would directly connect the token's value to the activity taking place across the platform.
As tokenized assets continue growing and more users enter the ecosystem, a fee-sharing model could give investors another reason to hold the token beyond governance participation.
Another challenge for the ONDO price is supply. The project has a max supply of 10 billion tokens. About 4.87 billion are already in circulation. More than 85% of the original allocation was locked under a multi-year vesting schedule.
That creates ongoing selling pressure that the market must absorb. There is some encouraging data, though. Nearly 50% of recent trading volume came from transactions larger than $50,000, showing that larger investors continue accumulating during periods of weakness.
What's next for the ONDO price?
The ONDO price is being pulled in two different directions. On one hand, tokenized stocks have grown to $3.19 billion, institutional participation continues expanding, and Ondo's fee-sharing proposal could give the token a stronger value proposition.
On the other side, active addresses and transfer activity have been falling, and future token unlocks are still a source of pressure. For now, $0.3891 is the key hurdle. A move above that resistance would strengthen the bullish case and bring $0.4743 into view.
If support between $0.3534 and $0.3358 breaks, traders may start looking toward the $0.3131 and $0.2888 zones. CoinCodex's 1-month ONDO price prediction places the price at $0.2640, implying that analysts expect the token to face some pressure in the weeks ahead.
The next move for the ONDO price may depend on whether the growth happening across the tokenization market starts showing up in Ondo's network activity and demand for the token itself.
